Registration Fees Refund/Cancellation Policy Registration Form Dorm Accomodations Program   Registration Registration is limited. Early registration is advised. top Fees Please note new early registration deadline: $850, for registrations postmarked on or before June 1, 2004 $900, for registrations postmarked after June 1, 2004 Registration fees include instruction, materials, refreshments, lunch, and any specially scheduled events. Fees do not include air transportation, airport transfers, rental cars, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, or dinner. top Refund/Cancellation Policy Registration fees for the course will be refunded, minus a $100 processing fee, if notification of cancellation is received by June 1, 2004. No refund will be given after that date and no substitutions are permitted.
