In order to reserve space in the dorm, payment MUST accompany this form. If you have not already done so, please also fill out the KSI Registration Form located at ksi.simmons.edu/regform.html. Registrations and payment for both accomodations and the Institute may be combined on one check or sent separately. Please note: This form is not submittable over the Internet.   Single for 1 person (air conditioned; residents use shared bathrooms/showers down the hall): $62 per person per night
Double for 2 people (air conditioned; residents use shared bathrooms/showers down the hall): $48 per person per night
  Suite for 1-3 people (air conditioned; suites consist of one single and one double bedroom, common area, kitchen, shared in-room bathroom/shower): $175 per ROOM per night
